North America including the Caribbean and Central America represented 38.3% of Green Card recipients in 2018. Mexico comes by far 1st with nearly 14.8% of green cards granted. Cuba is ranked 2nd with 7% of new LPRs in 2018 and Dominican Republic is 5th (5.3%).
